Assynt House has been lovingly restored by its' owners to provide first class accommodation for family holidays. It is also an ideal location for a special occasion and also has a wedding licence for small weddings up to 30 guests.

The house is spread on 3 main floors. Some bedrooms are on what appears to be a lower ground floor, however, because the entrance is reached by long sweeping steps, these bedrooms are actually at ground floor level and the ground floor is effectively on a first floor level!

The owners of the property really do provide an excellent service, they live in the bothy which is detached and to the rear of the house and they provide a 2 hour housekeeping service on weekdays which is included in your rental. Please see the Caterng Menu tab above for details on the catering they can provide.

All of the bedrooms and bathrooms at Assynt House are exceptionally spacious and each one has been decorated in a different style, but they are all equally as stunning and all benefit from views across the front garden and beyond. Each bedroom has a travel sized hairdryer and the bathrooms all have waffle dressing gowns and luxury toiletries.

Bedroom which can be made as a superking or a twin room with en-suite shower room.
Bedroom again with the option of either a superking or twin beds. En-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with exceptionally large spa bath and separate shower. Ideal for a luxury soak with a glass of bubbly.

Weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Weekend bookings are from 4pm Friday until 10am Sunday. Mid week bookings are from 4pm Monday until 10am Friday.

Alternatively, if you just fancy coming home at the end of the day to a nice big casserole ready and waiting in the Aga then he can do that too!
