East Pallant House is located in the heart of Chichester. All of the main attractions, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance.

Ground Floor:-

Large entrance hallway with dining room to the left hand side and music room and downstairs sitting room to the right. The sitting room overlooks the garden.
Kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher and large fridge / freezer.
Downstairs w.c and utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and second fridge.
The back door leads directly to the garden (down a few steps).

First Floor:-

Second sitting room with large T.V and DVD Player overlooking the garden.
Study with desk and chair and wifi access.
Single Bedroom overlooking the front of the house.
Double Bedroom overloking the front of the house with en-suite shower room.
Second Double Bedroom overlooking the garden.
House Bathroom with rolltop bath, wash hand basin and w.c.

Second Floor:-
Large bedroom overlooking the garden with 3 single beds.
2 Double bedrooms overlooking the front of the house.

Patio area with table and chairs and BBQ leading to grassed area (large enough for a marquee). The pathway leads to the parking area at the rear of the garden.

Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer.
Large oven and hob.
Dishwasher.

To reserve the property your can call us on 01845 597614. We are open from 9am - 8.30pm weekdays and 9 - 5pm at weekends. Alternatively please fill out the form below and we will contact you. You may also reserve weekly booking online (please call to reserve weekend breaks).

Weekly bookings are from Friday to Friday. Weekend bookings are from 4pm Friday until 10am Sunday. Mid week bookings are from 4pm Monday until 10am Friday.

Please make sure you have read our Booking Terms & Conditions We recommend that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance.
