- At least 5 bedrooms and be able to sleep a minimum of 10 people.
- Be of a high standard, no less than 4 stars.
- We will not be offering cottage complexes on this site. We recognize that you want to all be able to sit down all together for dinner and this is simply not possible with a complex of cottages which are often just a lot of small cottages in one location.
- We appreciate that many of you are happy to cater for yourselves, but for those of you that want to get away from the kitchen sink, we can provide catering services tailored to your needs. You will find a sample menu offered by the local caterer on each property page.
Many agents offer large holiday houses, but do not offer any extra services that you may need to make your holiday or celebration a success. Whether you want a fun packed weekend or simply a quiet weekend or even a week away we can organize as much or as little as you want.
